Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped within the same or the next business day. A tracking number with the details of your shipment will be emailed to you as soon as your order has shipped. You can expect your order to arrive within 2-5 business days. If a product is not in stock or if there will be a longer than expected delivery time you will be contacted and given the option to proceed with or cancel your order.

Free shipping on orders of $100 or more before applicable tax. Oversize, overweight, and special order packages may be subject to additional handling or freight charges. You will be contacted before your order is processed if there are any extra applicable charges and given the choice to proceed or cancel the order. Free shipping is subject to adjustment due to returns, cancellations, and exchanges.

 

Free In Store Pick Up

Most products may be picked up in store with no additional freight charges including most oversized and / or over weight items. A confirmation email will be sent to confirm your order and any additional charges if they apply. Orders will be ready for pick up within the same day to 5 business days.

 

Returns

Within 30 days of purchase, you may return any defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped part.  Any returns due to your ordering error may be subject to a restocking charge.  All return freight charges are your responsibility. You must first contact us using the information in the upper left corner to obtain a Merchandise Return Authorization (MRA) number. If the return warrants a call tag, a return label will be emailed to you.  Attach the package return label to the outside of the box.  All returns must be in their original packaging and in new resalable condition. All returns are subject to inspection before a refund will be applied.

 

Warranty

Our products are all protected by their manufactures standard warranty. In the instance of an issue we will be more than willing to help you with the warranty claim process.
